Who We Are

A&A Holistic Approach LLC is a member-managed business established in 2020 by Dr. Angelia Allen, a seasoned professional with a rich background in macro-social work practice. Dr. Allen's extensive experience spans leadership roles, program development, training, technical assistance, and grant writing within nonprofit organizations. As a part-time college professor, she imparts critical thinking skills to aspiring social workers. Dr. Allen holds a Doctoral degree in social work and master's and bachelor's degrees in the same field. Additionally, she is a licensed master's level social worker.

Driven by a passion for systems of care and nonprofit organizations, Dr. Allen places excellent value on intentional relationship-building. She firmly believes in the transformative potential of nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurs to address societal challenges and positively impact communities. It is this foundation that led to the creation of A&A Holistic Approach.

Built on the principle of servanthood, A&A Holistic Approach utilizes Dr. Allen's extensive lived and professional experiences with diverse individuals and social systems to empower organizations and initiatives. With a people-first and systems-thinking approach, we aim to serve our clients effectively and compassionately, striving to make a meaningful difference.
